Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding to EU and international destinations — stay tuned!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 4pm may be processed the following business day.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — from £3.99
  • Free standard shipping on orders over £35
  • Next-day delivery available at checkout — free on orders over £70

Shipping Carriers

We ship via Royal Mail and other trusted UK couriers. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

During busy periods (e.g. Ramadan, Eid, Christmas) delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@nooreast.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
